1.The Raid(2012)

SYNOPSIS

  Sekelompok tim SWAT tiba di sebuah blok apartemen yang tidak terurus dengan misi menangkap pemiliknya seorang raja
bandar narkotik bernama TAMA. Blok ini tidak pernah digerebek atau pun tersentuh oleh Polisi sebelumnya.
Sebagai tempat yang tidak dijangkau oleh pihak berwajib, gedung tersebut menjadi tempat berlindung para pembunuh,
anggota geng, pemerkosa, dan pencuri yang mencari tempat
tinggal aman.

Mulai bertindak di pagi buta, kelompok SWAT diam-diam merambah ke dalam gedung dan mengendalikan setiap lantai
yang mereka naiki dengan mantap. Tetapi ketika mereka terlihat oleh pengintai TAMA, penyerangan mereka
terbongkar. Dari penthouse suite-nya, TAMA menginstruksikan untuk mengunci gedung apartemen dengan memadamkan lampu dan menutup semua jalan keluar.

Terjebak di lantai 6 tanpa komunikasi dan diserang oleh penghuni apartemen yang diperintahkan oleh TAMA, tim SWAT
harus berjuang melewati setiap lantai dan setiap ruangan untuk menyelesaikan misi mereka dan bertahan hidup











2.The Wrath Of Titans(2012)


Wrath of the Titans is a 2012 American fantasy film and sequel to the 2010 film Clash of the Titans. The film stars Sam Worthington, Rosamund Pike, Bill Nighy, Édgar Ramírez, Toby Kebbell, Danny Huston, Ralph Fiennes and Liam Neeson with Jonathan Liebesman directing a screenplay by Dan Mazeau and David Leslie Johnson. Wrath of the Titans takes place a decade after the events of the first film as the gods lose control over the imprisoned Titans and Perseus is called once again, this time to rescue his father Zeus, overthrow the Titans and save mankind.
Talk of a sequel began with the release of Clash of the Titans in March 2010. Scribes Dan Mazeau and David Leslie Johnson were hired in June 2010 and director Jonathan Liebesman was brought on-board in August 2010. The majority of the casting took place between January and February 2011. Principal photography began in London in March 2011. The film was converted to 3D in post-production. Wrath of the Titans was released in 2D and 3D on March 30, 2012 in the United States and was met with a generally unfavorable response by film critics.






    
3.The Avengers(2012)

The Avengers (classified in the UK and Ireland under the name Marvel Avengers Assemble) is a 2012 American superhero film produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures, based on the Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name. It is the sixth installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film was scripted and directed by Joss Whedon and features an ensemble cast that includes Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston, and Samuel L. Jackson. In The Avengers, Nick Fury, director of the peacekeeping organization S.H.I.E.L.D., recruits Iron Man, the Hulk, Thor, and Captain America to form a team. The group must stop Thor's brother Loki from destroying Earth.
Development of The Avengers began when Marvel Studios received a loan from Merrill Lynch in April 2005. After the success of the film Iron Man in May 2008, Marvel announced that The Avengers would be released in July 2011. With the signing Johansson in March 2009, the film was pushed back for a 2012 release. Whedon was brought on board in April 2010 and rewrote the screenplay originally written by Zak Penn. Production began in April 2011 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, before moving to Cleveland, Ohio, in August and New York City in September. The film was converted to 3D in post-production.
The Avengers premiered on April 11, 2012 in Hollywood, California, and is scheduled to be released in the United States on May 4, 2012. The film has received generally favorable reviews from critics, and has grossed approximately $281.1 million worldwide.







4.Paranormal Activity 3(2011)

In 2005, Katie delivers a box of old videotapes to her pregnant sister, Kristi, and her husband, Daniel. A year later, Kristi and Daniel's house is seemingly ransacked and the tapes are missing.
In 1988, a young Katie and Kristi live with their mother, Julie, and her boyfriend, Dennis; Kristi begins interacting with an invisible friend named Toby. Dennis notices that since Kristi's friend appeared, strange things have been happening in the house. Dennis and Julie try to make a sex tape, but are interrupted by an earthquake. While they look for the girls, the camera shows dust fall from the ceiling and land onto an invisible figure in the room. The figure then moves and the dust falls to the floor.
While reviewing the footage, Dennis notices the strange incident. He invites his friend Randy over to view the footage, who suggests that Dennis place cameras throughout the house to capture any other incidents. That night in the girls' bedroom, Kristi wakes up and begins talking to someone off-camera before going back to bed. When Dennis questions her the following day, Kristi tells him it was Toby. After more disturbing nights and strange occurrences, Dennis discovers a strange symbol in the girls' closet. He finds the same symbol on a picture of women in a book about demonology. Dennis explains to Julie that the symbol belonged to a witches' coven that brainwashed girls of child-bearing age into having sons, and then force them to forget. Julie dismisses his claim.
When Kristi falls ill, Julie and Dennis take her to the hospital. Katie is left with Randy, and she asks him to play Bloody Mary with her. They go into the girls' bathroom and say "Bloody Mary" three times and turn off the light. When nothing happens, Katie insists they try again. Randy is stricken with pain and the lights reveal a large scratch up the side of his body. They try to leave the bathroom but a black figure moves past the door. When Randy tries to leave a second time, furniture is violently thrown around. After Julie and Dennis return, Randy leaves in a rush.
The invisible demon terrorizes Katie and Kristi, harming Katie and later dragging her into a closet in the girls' bedroom until Kristi agrees to do what it asks. The next day, Kristi asks her mother to take them to her grandmother Lois's home, but she refuses. After Julie encounters frightening activity herself, she agrees to go to Lois's home. Dennis sets up another camera in the new bedroom. At 1am, they are awoken by the sound of a car outside. After hearing more disturbances, Julie goes to investigate. When she fails to return, Dennis goes to look for her. In the background, the camera captures a shadowy female figure. When Dennis returns and picks up the camera, the figure is gone.
He heads out of the room and calls for Julie and the girls but there is no answer. Downstairs, Dennis notices a human silhouette behind a curtain. When he pulls back the curtain, nothing is present, but the room he enters has strange imagery on the walls, including the symbol from the girls' room, which had been concealed beneath framed paintings. Noticing that the backdoor is open, Dennis goes outside to investigate. In the garage, he discovers Lois and several other women, all dressed in black. He flees back to the house, with the women in slow pursuit. In the house, he finds Julie at the top of the stairs. As he approaches, he sees that she is levitating unconscious above the floor. Her body is thrown at Dennis, knocking him down the stairs. He gets up and sees Kristi, and then retreats with her into a closet. The demon growls and bangs on the door but eventually leaves.
Dennis and Kristi leave the closet. As they walk through the kitchen, Dennis sees women outside in the garden, circling around a bonfire. As they move into the next room, they find Katie crying by Julie's body. He approaches Katie from behind, and places his hand on her shoulder. Katie turns and unleashes a demonic scream that throws him to the other side of the room, injuring his leg. Katie runs away. Dennis tries to crawl toward Julie's body but Lois walks in front of him. As Lois looks down to him, Dennis's body is suddenly and violently contorted, snapping backwards and killing him. Katie goes to Lois, who beckons to Kristi. As they head upstairs, Kristi calls to Toby. There is the sound of movement and a monstrous growl as the camera falls static.

Kini hantu nenek gayung yang mengerikan tersebut telah tertangkap dan dipenjarakan didalam layar film. Yoi, kini anda bisa menonton hantu itu dengan tenang di layar bioskop setelah Nuri Dahlia memfilmkannya dengan judul yang sama : Misteri Hantu Nenek Gayung. Indonesia yang masih kuat aroma mistiknya tentu saja menjadi ispirasi hadirnya film horor hantu ini. Dengan menggandeng Nikita Mirzani, artis yang belakangan ini sering menyebarkan berita kontroversial sebagai pemeran utama, nampaknya film ini bakal menarik banyak rasa penasaran untuk di tonton. Sinopsis Film Nenek Gayung tak jauh berbeda dengan kisah hantu tersebut yang beredar di Jakarta beberapa waktu lalu. Dikisahkan kehadiran sosok misterius yang meneror Jakarta - seorang nenek-nenek tua (emang ada nenek yang masih muda, cantik dan seksi??), berpakaian serba hitam dan selalu membawa gayung dan segulung tikar. Setiap sang Nenek Gayung misterius tersebut mengajak ngobrol orang dan menanggapi ajakan obrolannya tersebut, maka tak lama kemudian orang tersebut mati dengan cara yang aneh.

6.The Transformers:Dark Of The Moon


Transformers: Dark of the Moon is a 2011 American science fiction action film based on the Transformers toy line. First released on June 23, 2011, it is the third installment of the live-action Transformers film series. Like its predecessors, Transformers and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Transformers: Dark of the Moon is directed by Michael Bay and produced by Steven Spielberg. The film's story is set three years after the events of the second film, with the Autobots, during their collaboration with the NEST (Networked Elements: Supporters and Transformers) military force, discovering a hidden alien technology in possession of humans, which had been found by Apollo 11 on the Moon 42 years prior. However, the Decepticons unveil a plan to use the technology to enslave Humanity in order to bring back Cybertron, the home planet of the Transformers.
Shia LaBeouf, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, and John Turturro reprised their starring roles, with Peter Cullen and Hugo Weaving returning as the voices of Optimus Prime and Megatron, and Kevin Dunn and Julie White reprising their roles as the parents of the main protagonist, Sam Witwicky. English model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley replaced Megan Fox as the lead female character; the cast also saw the additions of Patrick Dempsey, John Malkovich, Ken Jeong, and Frances McDormand. This installment of the franchise, which director Bay originally announced would be his last, welcomed Keith Szarabajka, Ron Bottitta, John DiMaggio, George Coe, Francesco Quinn, James Remar, Greg Berg, and veteran science-fiction actor Leonard Nimoy to the voice cast. The script was written by Ehren Kruger, who also collaborated on the narrative of the second film of the series. Dark of the Moon employed both regular 35mm film cameras and specially-developed 3-D cameras, with filming locations in Chicago, Florida, Indiana, Moscow, and Washington, D.C.. The film was rendered specifically for 3-D, and the visual effects involved more complex robots which took longer to render.
In May 2011, it was announced that Paramount Pictures would move Transformers: Dark of the Moon's release date of July 1 to June 29 in order to monitor an early response to footage. Exclusive early premieres in select 3-D and IMAX theaters took place June 28, 2011, one night before worldwide release in 2-D and 3-D (including IMAX 3D) formats--each featuring Dolby Surround 7.1 sound.
Critical reception of the film was mixed to negative, with several critics calling it better than Revenge of the Fallen and praising the film's visuals and 3D action sequences, but criticizing its writing, acting, and length. Dark of the Moon grossed $1.12 billion worldwide, and is currently the fourth highest-grossing film of all time, the second highest grossing film of 2011 (behind Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2), the highest grossing film in the Transformers series, and the tenth film to gross over $1 billion. The film was nominated for Best Visual Effects, Best Sound Editing and Best Sound Mixing at the 84th Academy Awards. A sequel to the film, directed once again by Michael Bay, is scheduled for release in June 2014







7.127 Hours(2010)

127 Hours adalah film 2010 tentang biografi petualangan yang ditulis, diproduseri, dan disutradarai oleh Danny Boyle. Film ini dibintangi James Franco sebagai pendaki gunung yang bernama Aron Ralston, yang terperangkap batu di Robbers Roost, Utah pada April 2003.
Film ini Berdasar pada Otobiografi Ralston yang berjudul Between a Rock and a Hard Place. Film ini diterima baik oleh kritikus dan mendapat enam nominasi Academy Awards termasuk Film Terbaik dan Aktor Terbaik (James Franco)




8.2012(2010)

2012 is a 2009 American science fiction disaster film directed by Roland Emmerich. It stars John Cusack, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Amanda Peet, Oliver Platt, Thandie Newton, Danny Glover, and Woody Harrelson, among others. It was produced by Emmerich's production company, Centropolis Entertainment, and was distributed by Columbia Pictures. Filming began in August 2008 in Vancouver, although it was originally planned to be filmed in Los Angeles
The plot follows Jackson Curtis (John Cusack) as he attempts to bring his children, Noah and Lilly (Liam James and Morgan Lily respectively), ex-wife Kate Curtis (Amanda Peet) and her boyfriend, Gordon Silberman (Thomas McCarthy) to refuge and attempt to escape the heightened change in the elements. The film includes references to Mayanism, the Mesoamerican Long Count calendar and the 2012 phenomenon in its portrayal of cataclysmic events unfolding in the year 2012. Emmerich has announced that the film will be his last involving disasters.
After a prolonged marketing campaign comprising the creation of a website from the point of view of the main character, Jackson Curtis,and a viral marketing website on which filmgoers could register for a lottery number to save them from the ensuing disaster, the film was internationally released on November 13, 2009. It received generally mixed reviews from critics who praised its use of special effects and tone of the film, but criticized its length and screenwriting. Despite this, its worldwide theatrical revenue reached approximately $770 million.

 

Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol(2011)

 

Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol is a 2011 American action film, the fourth installment in the Mission: Impossible series. It stars Tom Cruise, who reprises his role of IMF Agent Ethan Hunt, and is director Brad Bird's first live-action film. Ghost Protocol was written by André Nemec and Josh Appelbaum, and produced by Cruise, J. J. Abrams (director of the third film) and Bryan Burk. It is the first Mission: Impossible movie to be partially filmed using IMAX cameras. The film was released in North America by Paramount Pictures on December 16, 2011.
Upon release, Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol became a critical and commercial success. The film currently scores a 93% "Certified Fresh" approval rating on review aggregate site Rotten Tomatoes, making it the best-reviewed entry of the series.It also grossed over $693 million worldwide,becoming the highest-grossing Mission: Impossible film, the 5th highest-grossing film of 2011 and the highest-grossing film starring Tom Cruise





10.Piranha 3D(2011)

Matthew Boyd (Richard Dreyfuss) adalah seorang nelayan yang sedang memancing di Lake Victoria, AZ ketika sebuah gempa bumi kecil terjadi, mengakibatkan permukaan danau bergolak dan terjadi sebuah pusaran air. Boyd jatuh kedalamnya dan ia dibunuh oleh sekelompok piranha berwujud aneh dan seram yang muncul dari pusaran itu.
Jake (McQueen) adalah seorang penarik turis saat liburan sekolah dimulai. Ia bertemu kembali dengan mantan pasangannya, Kelly (Jessica Szohr) dan bertemu Derrick Jones (Jerry O'Connell) seorang pembuat film porno yang aneh, dan juga Danni (Kelly Brook), salah satu aktris Derrick. Derrick meminta Jake untuk menunjukkannya tempat yang bagus di pantai untuk syuting film pornonya.
Malam itu, ibu Jake, Sheriff Julie Forester (Elisabeth Shue), mencari Matthew Boyd bersama dengan Deputi Fallon (Ving Rhames), yang menemukan kapal Boyd. Mereka menemukan mayat Boyd yang sudah rusak dan memutuskan untuk menutup pantai. Pagi berikutnya, seorang penyelam diserang dan dimakan oleh ikan-ikan ganas tersebut.
Jake kemudian meminta 2 saudaranya, Laura (Brooklynn Proulx) dan Zane (Sage Ryan), untuk tetap dirumah sehingga Jake bisa memandu Derrick. Setelah Jake pergi, Zane mengajak Laura pergi memancing ke sebuah pulau kecil di tengah danau. Mereka lupa untuk mengikat kapal dan kapal pun mengapung di tengah danau. Sementara itu, Jake pergi bersama Derrick dan bersama ke The Barracuda, kapal Derrick yang disana mereka bertemu Kelly. Jake bertemu dengan Crystal (Riley Steele), aktris lain Derrick dan kameramen Derrick, Drew (Paul Scheer). Mereka mengambil adegan seks Danni dan Crystal sebelum berpesta.
Julie mengantar sekelompok penyelam seismolog — (Adam Scott), Sam (Ricardo Chavira), dan Paula (Dina Meyer) — yang ingin menyelam ke danau. Novak menduga bahwa retakan yang terjadi akibat gempa itu membuka danau prasejarah. Paula dan Sam melakukan selam scuba ke dalam retakan itu, dan menemukan banyak telur-telur besar yang menutupi sebagian besar retakan itu. Mereka berdua kemudian dibunuh sebelum sempat keluar ataupun memperingatkan yang lain. Novak dan Julie lalu menarik mayat Paula ke kapal dan menangkap seekor piranha, lalu membawanya ke Mr. Goodman (Christopher Lloyd), seorang biolog laut. Ia menjelaskan bahwa piranha-piranha itu adalah spesies prasejarah yang mana spesies itu berkembang di dalam celah tertutup di air selama lebih dari 2 juta tahun.
Julie, Novak, dan Fallon mencoba untuk mengevakuasi pantai tersebut, namun peringatan mereka tidak diindahkan hingga para piranha itu menyerang para turis. Novak kembali ke darat dan datang dengan jet-ski dan shotgun untuk menolong Fallon dan Julie yang ingin membantu para turis menyelamatkan diri. Panggung terapung dipantai runtuh dan semua kontestan dalam panggung itu terbunuh.
Jake kemudian mengetahui keberadaan Laura dan Zane di sebuah pulau dan memaksa Derrick untuk menyelamatkan mereka. Derrick mendapati kapalnya bocor karena menghantam bebatuan, sehingga kapal terbanjiri. Kelly terjebak di dapur sementara Derrick, Crystal, dan Drew terlempar dari kapal. Crystal dan Drew dibunuh sementara Danni mencoba mengangkat Derrick yang sudah tercabik. Jake kemudian meminta pertolongan ibunya.
Julie dan Novak pergi ke kapal Barracuda yang hampir tenggelam. Fallon pergi ke kaca belakang dan membunuhi piranha yang ada di dalam air. Kemudian ia menyelam ke air dan membunuhi para piranha yang berada di dekatnya dengan motor speedboat. Ia pun meninggal, tapi memberikan kesempatan bagi perenang lain untuk keluar dari air.
Julie dan Novak pergi mencapai Jake dan melemparkan tali. Julie, Danni, Laura, dan Zane mulai menyeberangi tali namun piranha menggigit rambut Danni dan menariknya ke air, memakannya. Laura, Zane, dan Julie berhasil selamat. Jake memutuskan talinya. Dengan menggunakan mayat Derrick sebagai umpan, Jake mengikat tali ke dirinya sendiri dan pergi menyelamatkan Kelly. Ia mengikat Kelly ke dirinya dan menyalakan api setelah melepaskan gas yang ada dalam tabung gas cadangan di kapal itu. Saat itu piranha mengerubungi mereka. Kemudian Novak menyalakan kapal setelah melihat Kelly dan Jake sudah siap. Ia menyeret mereka di air dengan kapal yang melaju ke pantai. Mereka pun selamat dan gas itu meledak, menghancurkan kapal Derrick dan membunuh banyak piranha.
Mr. Goodman menelepon Julie di radio. Ia memberitahu bahwa semua piranha yang mereka hadapi itu belum dewasa, dan mengartikan bahwa semua piranha yang ganas itu masih bayi. Novak berpikir dimanakah orangtuanya. Seekor piranha besar — setinggi setengah badan orang dewasa — melompat dari air dan menyerang Novak.
